I need to open port 443 on my router for https service, and how can I solve this problem?

Why are you trying to do this? Is this for a specific app or browser? Most browsers already handle HTTPS and depending on web sites, most will have this support automatically which is handled by the web browser. Some sites don't use HTTPS as well.

Be aware that some ISP don't allow the access to well known services on consumer services. Similar, due to the shortage of public IPv4 addresses, ISP can assign private [RFC1918 very depreciated] or CGN [Carrier Grade NAT] to your router WAN/Internet port. This could prohibit the access frm the Internet. Talk to your ISP in case.
