Photos have to be approved by a moderator and can take a while. You can click on "choose file" and attach them that way.
Please include the logs and the cable connections page

Re: PLEASE HELP-CM1200 Modem event: Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging-No Response received
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

What happens if you uncheck the "Enable Extended Upstream Transmit Power"? Something I never had enabled on my CM1200.

Re: PLEASE HELP-CM1200 Modem event: Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging-No Response received
Yeah I do but I just took it out because everyone kept telling me I shouldn't have any splitters. Just a straight cable from Spectrum's box on the outside of my house to my cable modem. So I took the splitter out.

Re: PLEASE HELP-CM1200 Modem event: Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging-No Response received
how big of a splitter?
Decent quality one?
Your power levels are high and that can cause errors/line issues.
If you try adding it back in or swapping it for a different one.
I'd shoot for at least a triple splitter.

This is the one I took out. Should I put it back in?

Re: PLEASE HELP-CM1200 Modem event: Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging-No Response received
You can try that one but whatch for errors. If you add that and get your power levels where they need to be but start getting errors in the line, then I'd replace it with a different one. Half the reason we usually start with having people remove them is because they can introduce errors in the line. A decent quality one *shouldn't* but I've seen brand new ones cause issues so its a good troubleshooting step.
