Too little to go on there.
For a start, you say "My router", but your footer says C7500 which is a Cable Modem Router.
But you have put your message into the section for Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX).
The picture suggests Cable Modem Router. In that case, you might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section for your device:

What does "i am not getting any connection" mean? You are getting some sort of error message?
How are you connecting to the wifi? Phone? PC? Something else?
