I am following my manual on page 13 and I cannot download the NetGear USB control center utility from netgear.com/readyshare

It keeps taking me to a dead end.  

Also wondering if I can control device times or turn on and off wifi users with this router or APP?

   Netgear documentation frequently includes broken links.  Someone at
Netgear might actually care, but evidence is sparse, at best.
