I just bought a router, and registered it. I got a confirmation mail saying I am entitled to 90 days of phone/chat support. I've spent an hour looking for how to do it (I need help right now). Can't find any "chat" button or any phone number to ring.

Please access your NETGEAR account. SIGN IN

Go to My Support under My Account. 

Click on CONTACT SUPPORT.

Select option #2. Get help on my NETGEAR product

Select the product SN and click Next. 

 

Another option, visit CONTACT US page.

My product is D6400 router. Can't find it in the dropdown box. 
So I randomly picked one

The "CONTACT US" takes me to this page. What do I do?

 

Can't find my "Model" in the dropdown box. Randomly selected one. Otherwise I can't post. Its a D6400 router

In Contact US page, https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx

Select Get Help on my NETGEAR product.

Select the Country and click on Next.

Enter the Serial Number and click on Next

Click (+) I cannot find an answer to my problem, I would like to contact NETGEAR support

to view the available support options.
