Terrible internet service c6250

I need help to get the modem working. Customer service said only way to help I’ll have to pay. I already paid to get the modem I can’t pay again for every time the modem get down. I want return the device but not sure who should I contact for the return.

What actual issue in detail are you having with the device? 

Details are key. We can't help much with "terrible internet" as a description. 

Also include you cable connections page and event logs. 

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
