Unexpected Netgear Genie message
Our 2 year old C7000v2 Netgear wireless router had been working fine when it stopped working suddenly for all devices and took us directly to a Netgear Genie login window requesting up-dated admin information. I called the help desk and they stated this was a legit message but then she wanted me to sign up for a support package before she would continue trouble shooting. So I just disconnected, went through the password reset prompts that were being asked for, and now everything seems to be working fine again. Just wondering if this is something I need to be concerned about or not
