Unregister Modem
When I originally purchased my CM500 modem, I registed it with Netgear.
The product is no longer under warranty and I don't use it.
I gave the modem to a family member. They tried to use it with Cox Cable ISP, however, Cox is telling the family member that it needs to be unregistered.
How do I do that?

Re: Unregister Modem
You would need to contact the prior ISP where that modem was used and have them remove it from there system.
