So I changed to this device after my cable modem was dropping so often, and comcast was quick to get it running with no interaction at all... just the3 automated things. With this new modem in place, I see about 7mbps down and 3mbps up. If I plug my comcast router back in I see 93mbps down and 11 up.
Any thoughts? I am using all the same equipment otherwise... This is what the c3000 looks like fromthe provisioning end. Called comcast and they are sending someone, as they could not figure it out on the phone

Hello Spamsucks
Have you checked with the cable company that the modem is provisioned correctly because it sounds like the c3000 is on a separate plan if you can still plug in your other modem and its working.
