I bouth a c3700 back in December. It was working fine for the most part until last Monday. At that point, while it says I have a connection, I can not connect to any pages. It does not matter if I try to connect wireless or by ethernet cable. Moreover, I have tried to reboot and set to factor defaults, but it did not work it. I called Time Warner and they sent out a tech. He told me that the internet was fine, but the modem was not passing it through. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you tried factory resets and still cant connect it may be a hardware malfunction I would suggest contacting netgear support to check. If its still under warranty possible to get a RMA if its not working properly.
