cm1150v troubles
I purchased a cm1150v and hooked it up and have had nothing but problems from the start. I spent 10 hours on the phone between Netgear and Xfinity last weekend. I had service maybe 2 days. Now dropping signal, phone line static. I was on with Netgear 2 different times yesterday for a total of probably 5 hours. I still have no internet. I was told by Netgear that my modem was bad and they needed to send me a new one. They said they sent me an email, which I never received (and yes I looked in all my junk folders, spam etc). It is funny I am receiving other emails just fine. Anyway the tech was supposed to have someone reach out today, and I still have had no response and still no email. I am now in the process of attempting to get an RMA to get refund. Do not buy one of these if you are considering. They are JUNK and no service what so ever. They are eager to take your money. No trouble receiving their emails to purchase extended warranties etc, but when it comes to getting something returned the email mysteriously won't come through? Sounds suspicious to me.
