netgear gateway c3700 (windows 10) no longer access my modem from any browser. "The server at 192.168.0.1 is taking too long to respond."

try it at 192.168.100.1
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
