AC1600 all lights flash
purchased a AC1600 router/modem this past Jan (9 months ago) and today it just died, all lights flash, even the power. called my internet provider to find out my signal is just fine, its the modem. Been trying to find out how to contact support to get the RMA # to send it back, but it seems like an endless circle of no answers or buy another warranty. How do you get a RMA number and has this happened to anybody else with this type of router?

Re: AC1600 all lights flash
Greetings,
There is no FW availabe for this modem/router, it is not user serviceble.
Troubleshooting steps:
Disconnect, cable and all ethernet connections to C6250.
Leave it plugged i and powered on
Use a toothpick or paperclip to depress the reset button l=on the back of device
Hold for about 30 sec
Release, watch the lights, all should go out for a few seconds, then come back on
If they don't, disconnect and reconnect power
If the system does not start, RMA is your only option.
