Arris sb8200 not running 3.1
Hopefully my post is in the right spot and makes sense. I have Cox Gigablast, with an Arris SB8200. Supposedly running DOCSIS 3.1, but my up and down lights are and have been green for some time. Cox insists that 3.1 is running just fine. 2 different techs have been out, first one said the signal was too low, so he took off the splitter. He wanted to check the line off the pole to the house, as well as the junction up on the pole/line but it was too windy for his comfort level. A week later, different tech comes out, tests the line, and says the signal is too high, and puts a splitter back on. Contacted Arris support, they suggested a factory reset, which I did. Still all green lights. Here are the event logs and status reports
