Re: C3000 is connected but not streaming
I have a C3000-100NAS and a TWC 100 Mbps internet plan, but since a few days ago, it started showing massive packet loss:

http://www.dslreports.com/pingtest/a9497ca837a7/3349691?r=585
The speed test (speedtest.net) showed download speed of 0.3 Mbps, but normal upload speed of 10 Mbps.
The TWC technitian just came by and replaced the moden, restoring the download speed to 100 Mbps. He also said this was the 3rd visit today to replace the same NetGear C3000 moden and he suspects there might have been some recent firmware update that is not working well w/ TWC network.
