C6250 2.4 ghz issues


C6250 2.4 ghz issues

Hello all, I'm at my wits end with this issues.

1. Currently my 2.4 band will connect, but doesn't issue an IP address. My 5g works fine

2. Sometimes when I streaming Netflix or doing online gaming I lose the Internet and my modem cycles to reconnect- super frustrating. 

3. I have wired directly without splitter With no change

4. I have tried the hard factory reset by holding the button down for 20 secs.

modem/router less than a year old- was having same issues on old modem and mediacom  of told me it was my modem/router.

Have you looked at the logs when you lose internet connection?
