C6250 slow and wont connect

Was on phone with tier 4 Xfinity customer service rep and we tried two factory resets. My signal is good but the device will not connect to internet

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs? That helps a lot. 

Is this a new device? Was it an old device getting added to service? Was it an device that was working and then stopped?

What are the led's on the device doing (all of them, color/blinking/solid).
