You do have alot of T3 timeouts on the modem this could be be a line issue you should have a tech come out and check the cable connection.

So since I work for comcast and it didnt cost me a dime, I did have a tech come out yesterday checked the line and theres 0 issues with it. Every time it reboots, speed is fine. Tech stayed for hours and over time the C6300 dropped out and when it did tech checked line.....0 issues, soon as modem was reset, issues disappeared. Now what?

I would say contact support it could be a hardware issue they can replace the modem if needed and if its under warranty.

I am surprised Tech said there is no issue. where are you located?
the event log you posted shows lot of issues. Some of the US channels are not even working in your node. thats why you see messages such as "Critical (3) Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted"
