C6300 keeps losing upstream

My WiFi's upstream has been terrible lately. I've tried to trouble shoot it myself as far as checking for splitters and moving from room to room. Could this be an outside of the house issue?? Please help .

Re: C6300 keeps losing upstream

I'm having the exact same problems. I've had 2 comcast techs come out to work on it, one replaced all the connections from the house to the street but still getting continuous drops and my error log looks nearly identical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*Literally dropped out while trying to post this.

Re: C6300 keeps losing upstream

i did have a tech come out and take a look at the issue. after going through all the wires in the house, we went outside. come to find out, the cable coming to the house was actually frayed and needed to be replaced. once it was replaced the signal when fro a 2 to an 8 and the upstream has been great since. mybe check the wires coming up to your house or the box.
