C6300 router doesn't broadcast WiFi signal
Hi,
I'm having an issue with this router not actually showing a WiFi signal even though the lights are on, I can still access the internet with a Ethernet cable connection. I've tried turning in off and back on, which doesn't affect it. I've done a factory reset, which does fix it for a few days, but this is ridiculous because I have to call my ISP to get it reactivated. A few forums posts here suggested to change the WiFi channel, so I looked at that. in the Netgear Genie wireless page it says that 2.4GHz signal has channel set to auto and current is listed as - and the 5GHz signal is set to 153, and current is 153. neither of them are showing up on any devices though. I've seen to try to change the channel to 1,6, or 11 which I've done and none seem to fix the issue, 2.4GHz just stays at - .
If any extra information is needed, I can try my best to get it if it could help.
Thank you
