C6300v2 Browsing Latency issue on Sprectrum

I've had this model for about 2 weeks and since then browsing the internet has become a pain.   It takes anywhere from 10-30 seconds to fully load the page.  There is some  variance here which depends on how much data is on the page and if it's been cached, but I previously didn't have this problem.  It generally loaded pages immediately prior to owning this modem/router.  Running a speed test on the spectrum site does not reveal any issues: 117 mbps download /11.7 mbps upload.  Pretty consistent with what I had before this modem.  Does anyone know where to start looking to find the root cause of this problem?

Thanks

Brian

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Is this with a wired and wireless devices?

What browser are you using? Happens with other browsers?
