1. A video of the modem booting LEDs
2. Screenshots of the Cable Connection page
3. screenshots of the Event log
4. what is your location? (state, city)
5. is the internet LED solid green?
6. do you have a surge protector clamped on your Coax cable outside your home?

Re: C7000 won't connect to internet
Thanks for getting back to me on this issue.
1. I took a short video but not sure how to upload to the forum. Again, power button is solid red with solid amber lights for up/download indicators. This are consistent no matter what I do to reset or power down the modem.
2/3. Not sure where to find Cable Connection Page or Event Log. Sorry!
4. Florida, The Villages
5. No. See #1.
6. Yes. Also, cable TV is unaffected by this issue. I believe the modem fried for some random reason. Conincendental to storm base on all the evidence I have.
Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.
