C7000v2 no dynamic ip assigned to devices
I recently purchased a Netgear Cable Modem Router (C7000v2 Firmware V1.03.01). I hooked everything up. iphone, ipad, samsung tv, pc, mac. All good. A few days later, Samsung TV could not access the internet. It could access the wifi but not the internet. Same went with all the PCs. iphone, ipad, macbook pro, and other wifi router were doing ok. After sometime troubleshooting, I noticed the ip address of the samsung tv is 10.x.x.x, not the expected 192.168.0.x. so I decided to mannually assign the ip address to the samsung tv to 192.168.0.x and that worked. I tried the same workaround with one of the PC and that worked too. Now they can access the internet. The thing is we do have a number of additional PCs and we would like them to be assigned dynamic IP addresses as normally would. Could you provide any suggestion on how we can fix this problem. Appreciate your help in advance.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed on the modem?
