I'm looking at the AC1900 Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.0 High Speed Cable Modem Router +Voice C7100V and want to know if it is compatible with Spectrum (Formerly Time Warner customers)?

it DOES NOT WORK with spectrum.

spectrum does not certify retail voice modems. 

does spectrum charge lease fee or provide the EMTA for free?

They charge a lease fee.

Is it only for eMTA or any Cable modem? I thought spectrum eliminated lease fees.
