C7800 wont connect to 5G

After over a year of no issues my devices can no longer connect to my 5G network. I get a “Unable to join the network” when I attempt to sign in. I am still able to connect to my 2.4 network with no problems.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?

No, how do I do a factory reset exactly? Happy to give it a try.

There should be a recessed button in back marked reset. Press this button in for 10 seconds then release. Use a wired PC to setup the modem from scratch. 

 

All top LEDs should turn ON. Especially the 5Ghz one.

Same problem here but on 2.4ghz. Did the factory reset work?

Bummer, I no longer have a wired PC and only use a MacBook Pro wirelessly now.  Suggestions?

They make USB to ethernet adapters that are inexpensive. I have several for my Mac Book Pro.
