CAX30 AX2700 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure
Hello,
I recently signed up for Xfinity gigabit internet using my own modem, a Netgear CAX30 AX2700 modem/router combo.
A few days after installation, I noticed a significant speed drop down to 200 Mbps from my usual 900 Mbps-1Gbps over wifi 6. Soft rebooting the modem/router would restore gigabit speeds for a few minutes, then the speed would drop back down to 200 Mbps. I performed a factory reset and this seemed to solve things for a few days, but lately I've been getting similar drops in speed (this time down to 50 Mbps). Again, factory resetting seems to resolve the issue for a few days, but I am anticipating speeds will drop again in a few days.
These drops coincide with the following events in the modem log:
SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing
I also seem to be getting these notices in the event log every few minutes:
CM-STATUS message sent. Event Type Code: 24
CM-STATUS message sent. Event Type Code: 16
Any idea on what the issue might be?

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the full logs?
that helps check signal more than just a couple of the errors.
