CM1200 still on FW ver V1.02.02 - not updating
Hello,
Hoping someone can help with assistance on how to force update firmware.
My CM1200 is still running V1.02.02
And according to this table, on this page (https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-mod...) my ISP (RCN, an ISP based in NY/NJ) should have pushed (?):
All other ISPs (Production Firmware) - V2.02.03
I purchased the CM1200 on my own therefore support from my ISP is limited. (ISP's don't like it when you BYOM)
How do I force update the firmware on my own?
Oh, and this is a dead link from the URL above - http://www.netgear.com/service-providers/contact-us/CableMSO.aspx
Help is greatly appreciated!

Become a trusted employee of your ISP?

Which part of the following was unclear?:
You cannot manually update your NETGEAR cable modem or modem
router's firmware.
NETGEAR provides your ISP with the latest firmware and your ISP
updates your firmware.
If your firmware is out of date, contact your Internet Service
Provider (ISP) for assistance.

I've never had much luck getting anyone at Netgear interested in
bad/broken/mislabeled links in their KB articles, but you have my best
wishes in your attempts.
