CM400 constantly losing connection during large uploads

I am on Cox using a CM400 with the latest (1.01.17) firmware. Whenever I do a large backup (uploading >1Gb of data) the modem loses the internet connection after a period of time - sometimes less than ten minutes, sometimes an hour or more. Here are my logs/data

Re: CM400 constantly losing connection during large uploads

Hello Squelch

I am seeing some T3 timeouts in your logs this typically is a issues with your cable company connection I would contact them and have a tech investigate your area.
