CM500-100NAS losing connection
Hi,
this past month my cable modem seems to have started losing connection to xfinity. I tried resetting by unplugging the modem and router and sometimes that works. More recently, I've found that unplugging the modem from the wall cable does the trick. Please see log.

Hello Eezubear
Do you have any type of spliters connected to the cable line going to the modem if so try to remove those see if that helps keep the connection. You may also want to have a cable tech come out and check the cable lines.

Thanks for the reply. Only splitter is from source outside. Connection was stable for 6 months and just started having issues last month.
