You're still having issues. You're power levels are to high, you snr (signal to noise ratio) is to low, and you've got way to many errors.
They need to check your line and not just your neighbors. Or they bumped something when they adjusted it. You've at least got the channels locked but with a horrible signal.

Re: CM500 poor connection
A couple things.
1. your power levels are way to high on your downstream. Any amplifiers in the line? if so remove them.
2. Your channels aren't locked properly. You only have 1 download channel locked. you should have more. Potentially your isp didn't provision it right or their lines are the issues.
Based off your screen snips, I'd call your isp. Check on the provisioning and have them check your lines. You're power levels are way to high and you're not locking all the channels. Thats usually a line issue.

Re: CM500 poor connection
I will be giving them a call come Monday, and will update this if that was indeed the issue. Thank you very much, it’s much appreciated!

Re: CM500 poor connection
Okay so turns out my neighbors also have Xfinity and were having issues, they called them and had a technician come out, and check everything. The tech said it was for sure a tap issue and not anything in the house. Which normally would be fantastic news.. However, I am still having super slow internet speeds. Granted, they are better than the before sub 1 mbps, they are still sub 10 mbps. I should be getting 250 mbps. Attached is my modem's cable connection page after the tech has come out.
