CM600 modem periodically loses sync; must cycle power to regain signal

Hi everyone. I have a CM600 that, every so often, will apparently lose its sync with my Cox Ultimate internet service, necessitating a power cycling to get things going again. In other words, ALL indicator LEDs blinking (and no internet connection), I unplug/plug power, and then all is well (green). A Cox tech came out yesterday because of other issues, replaced a bad splitter, checked signal levels, etc. Thought that would solve the issue, but it seems to have persisted. Also, a recent look at my signal levels via the Netgear diagnostic revealed what seems to be some problematic error rates ("correctables") on several channels. Am I interpreting that correctly?

Could I possibly have a modem with overheating or other issues? Any thoughts would be appreciated -- and thanks in advance.

Here's a recent screenshot of my status page. Modem is running latest Cox firmware:
