COX
Hi,
I'm another dissapointed customer who bought the c6300. I am not able to use the wifi because the signal keeps dropping. I called NetGear technical support and they told me to call my ISP provider to update the firmware to v2.01.18. Once I called my provider cox they told me that they aren't able to update meaning I don't have access to my wifi and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

Hello Veneto1108
Have you tried to change the wireless channels at all on the router? You can download a app on the android store called Netgear wifi analytics this can help you find the best possible channel to use.
