One of our PCs is older and doesn't have Wifi capability. We have it plugged in directly via Ethernet cable. The problem is that it won't connect to the internet because it needs to update the drivers but it can't get them without internet. I tried looking online for the drivers to this modem and planned on downloading them via USB but I can't find them anywhere. Any ideas how I can make this work? Thank you in advance!

Go into the Device Manager and look at the model of your network adapter. Google that model number and you should be able to find the driver.

I had the same problem with two of my computers and ended up having to upgrade the network adapters.
