Can't connect to my C7000
Hello Guy's,
I'm trying to connect to my router from an outside connection via the IP address given through the router. When I try to connect through my T-Mobile hotspot, it does not connect. When I used my phone as a hotspot to connect, it connects just fine. The hotspot is through T-Mobile and my phone is a iPhone through AT&T. Has any one of you all had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
Thanks.

Here is the link for modem/router, the C7000 has no wan(internet) to connect too.
It only has a tv cable connection port for the tv cable from your cable provider, you may need to get a router without a modem in it to connect your device to a router to use it in your home as your main internet source.
Sorry but it is not the C7000 fault it is made for a different job then you want it to do.
If it were a R7000 it may work but not a C7000 cable modem/router the R7000 is just a router without a modem.
