Changing Broadband Provider - do I need to reset NetGear ?

I have changed broadband provider today on my home network (Fibre-optic) service. The new provider believes the service is working fine but I have no connection.
I had thought it may work automatically but am now wondering if I need to go back through the NetGear SetUp Wizard ? If the Broadband provider has changed does that mean that there is a new IP address that the NetGear needs to hook up with ?

Hello alanell
You may want to factory reset so you will not have any old settings saved from the last ISP will stop strange issues from happening.
