Connected: No internet

I have a C6300 with AC1750. On several different devices when I attempt to sign in to wi-fi I receive message stating that device is connected but there is no internet.

I use this router to use with my Infinity internet. I check with Xfinity support and their testing showed that their signal going into the modem is good. Beyond that they said there is nothing else on their end. They can send out a technicinan to check further and if  they discovered a problem not due to xfinity it would cost me $100.

Please note that I am having a similar problem when attempting to connect to a LG Smart TV.

Please advise what steps you reccommendt to solve this issue.

Re: Connected: No internet

1. Is it only wireless devices with issues? Or do both wired and wireless have issues?

2. do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?

Re: Connected: No internet

So only wireless have issues? just confirming.

Because if the wired devices all work fine, then your signal should be good.

And you do have logs and a singal connections page. They're built in.
