Dos attacks but I’m not target
Hello, I was just wondering what these dos attacks meant. I keep getting the DOS attack below but it seems I'm not the target and it's teardrop derivatives and other stuff.

Anyone have an idea? It was originally doing it only to that IP but now it's that one and a new one.

But what I’m wondering is that the 218 is the target and the attacker is 0.0.0.0 what does that mean?
