Hey, I want To Change My Ip Address From Dynamic To Static And Open Some Ports For Better Gaming Experience Can Someone Help.

What led you to believe that "Open Some Ports" would lead to "Better
Gaming Experience"?
Look for "port forwarding" in your router's user manual?

My first response might have been too hasty.
What, exactly, do you mean by "My Ip Address"? Do _you_, personally,
have an IP address, or did you mean the external/public IP address of
your (unspecified) router's WAN/Internet interface (which is what I
assumed), or the IP address of some computer/device on your LAN (which
you'd need to fix, if you wanted to use port forwarding), or what?
Note that many people get along well enough using a dynamic
external/public IP address with DDNS.
In any case, I wouldn't expect the type of external/public IP address
you have to affect your "Gaming Experience" (whatever that means).
