I believe once you've logged into the router its under maintanence----event log. Not for sure. The only manual I could find was for the cg3000d (not the cg3000dcr) but it should be similar. I believe these devices were marketed/sold directly to the ISP's and so the ISP's have the manuals for them. this version was for comcast. the manual I linked to is for the cox version. I'll also link to a comcast thread that discusses the manual through comcast.
