Extended upstream transmit power - CAX80

Cable diagnostics say I have a poor connection due to upstream power. See diagnostic output below.

I see that extended upstream transmit power is checked. I can click on the setting but nothing changes. It remains checked and light green.

Should I be able to change this or is it under Comcast control?

Cable diagnostics still indicate that the connection is poor due to upstream power. Upstream power signal level is currently running between 27.0dBmV and 35.5dBmV. Extended upstream transmit power is enabled and I cannot toggle that setting. I assume that setting is part of Xfinity provisioning.

The system seems to be functioning and the speed test indicates I am getting better than my contract 300Mbps. I am just concerned that modem diagnostics flags the connection as poor due to upstream power.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
