Genie app not working

My cable modem router has always had problems using the Genie App.  Since the major upgrade to the app I have nto been able to login at all.  Will Netgear please fix this?  This is with my iphone 6 running IOS 11 and with my Android tablet.

what is your c6300 FW version?

what is your app version?

who is your ISP?

The ios app version is 3.1.36
The firmware version on the router is 2.01.14
Cox is my isp.

This is what happens when I try to log in locally. I know the password is correct.

are you sure it is connected to C6300 WIFI?

Yes, my iphone and tablet are on the same network. The old app worked but I can nor longer download it. I see others in this community have this problem also.

Can you please check the app version again? sorry to ask few times. 

Please take the screenshot of the app version to make suree it is 3.1.36.

This is screenshot of the app. Please help and get this fixed. Others on this board have had this issue also.

Hello Netgear!  Do you have any plans on fixing the Genie App?  I have been loyal for more than 10 years and I will change if you do not start listening to your customers.
