How to White List an IP?

Does this router have a firewall? If so, how do I go about adding an item to the whitelist?

It does have a firewall. The firewall normally blocks all unsolicited traffic coming in the from the Internet. All traffic out to the Internet is unblocked.

What kind of whitelist are you referring to?
