How to turn on bridge mode in C7100V
I just got an Eero system and it says I should but the Netgear unit in bridge mode. Looking for how to do that on my Netgear box says to go to advanced tab and advanced set up and change the NAT setting ... but the NAT setting isn't there. Eero is basically working all right but I'm having trouble installing a new printer and with an old Sonos system. I would appreciate the help; it's been a frustrating night tech-wise!

At what, exactly, are you looking, and what, exactly, does it say?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Set Up the
Modem Router in Bridge Mode"?

Re: How to turn on bridge mode in C7100V
To set up the modem router in bridge mode:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the
modem router network.
2. Type http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.0.1.
A login window opens.
3. Enter the modem router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and
password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select ADVANCED > Administration > Router Mode.
The Router Mode page displays.
5. Select the No radio button.
With this setting, the modem router works as a bridge and the router behind it obtains a
WAN IP address from the Internet service provider.
6. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved

Re: How to turn on bridge mode in C7100V
Thank you ... this worked (although I had previously found it in the user's manual per the prior post). I think my mistake was not giving it long enough to work. I had been misled by this article:

Helpful, thanks. I had tried it but (I guess) forgot to connect my computer cable to the new router (Eero). I had also been misled by this post: https://kb.netgear.com/000038798/How-do-I-set-C7100V-into-Passthrough-Bridge-Mode

Re: How to turn on bridge mode in C7100V
You would connect the PC to the C7100 first when it's in router mode then make the change there first. There should be a NAT mode that you disable on the modem. This changes the C7100 to modem mode only. Then connect your external main host router to the modem. You should power OFF the modem and router for 30 seconds then back on.

Re: How to turn on bridge mode in C7100V
Thank you but ... for the life of me I couldn't find the "NAT" mode. It's definitely NOT where that page says to look, and I looked just about everywhere else, too. What's in the user manual (switch off router mode) did work. Of course, now I can't access the Netgear through routerlogin.net or 192.168.0.1 but that's no issue.
