Inability to access a server with my websites from this modem/router C3700v2
Recently, became unable to connect via web and ftp to a particular server from this particular modem/router. There is no problem connecting to the server from another location (different router), or connected via AT&T wireless network It is a home networking router. N600/C3700v2). This started happening the following day after I had done a lot of ftp work. In layman's terms, it appears as if the router is blocked by the server. I usually access the serve using Wondows 10 PC.

Try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch. Soon as the setup wizard is complete, try that site. The site is marked as unsafe so maybe the modem doesn't know how to process that.
Try a different device or PC to compare results while connected at the modem.
