Internet Connection Problem - D6220 AC1200
Modem Router
Model D6220
Issue - can’t connect to the internet, I believe this is a authentication problem.
Date Issued started - 21/03/2020 (woke up no internet)
We have NBN FTTN (Fibre To The Node)
Steps taken to fix this;
- ISP - Confirmed that we are receiving an internet connection after conducting tests.
- Changed my Password and confirmed the internet account hasn’t been frozen (eg bills not paid etc)
Status of the router
(power - Green, DSL - Green, Internet - Red, Wifi - Green)
I have logged into the router using www.routerlogin.net
Information on internet details:
Country - Australia
ISP – TPG internet require a login - yes
Encapsulation - PPoE
PPPoE - Login details and Password are correct
Internet IP - Get Dynamically from ISP
Domain name sever 9DNS) address - Get from ISP
NAT - Disable
Mac is set to Defualt
Any assistance would be appreciated thanks heaps
