Just got a C7800 for xfinity. Can anyone tell me if this looks normal?
Hello,
Sorry I am writing this on a mobile phone. I just got a C7800 router for my xfinity network. I have noticed that the downstream channels have a ton of correctables and no uncorrectables. Some of the downstream channels have also been going from locked to unlocked. Can anyone tell me if the information in this pic look normal? I just set it up last night, and this picture is from this morning.

You need to have the ISP check the signal and quality of the service up to the modem. They will ensure the modem and service line up to the modem has what it needs. Correctables are good, Uncorrectables are not good from what I understand.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cableing.
Be sure there are not coax line splitters, amps or attenuators in between the modem and ISP service box.
