My C6900 wifi speed is worse.. I will return this product.
Hello, I have bought this routers from Costco and connected to my Xfinity Internet service with 600 MBPS speed. Netgear router doesn't work on Wifi 5g and 2.4G band. I don't get even 1/3 speed that i have suscribed. I called xfinity and tech came with all tools and brought there own XB7 cable modem router. XB7 Modem router gave me 600+ wifi speed on my M1 Macbook pro. They proved that Netgear hardware is bad. I have called numerous time to Netgear tech support number. Netgear tech asking to reboot router, remove cable, change parameter etc... They don't admit that this router need to RMA. I am seek and tired by this sort of Tech support.
I don't have time to deal with this with Netgear. This is not cheap router. It is $200 one. I will return this product to Costco and will rent XB7 from Xfinity. For peace of mind, I will pay rental cost to xfinity for XB7.
Please stay away from this product.
