N600 Router wont work with my mac laptop. Other laptop says its not connected to routers WIFI.
N600 WIFI Cable Modem Router. Model C3700. Tried using it with my mac laptop but it never displayed a page when I went to http://routerlogin.net. Said it wasnt connected to internet. Tried windows 7 laptop with ethernet cable and when I pulled up http://routerlogin.net.it displayed message: "You are not connected to you routers wifi network. To access routerlogin.net your devise must be connected to your routers WIFI netwroks. Check current connections and try again." Tried 192.168.1.1 and got a login and passwrd screen. I had reset the router to factory settings so I used the generic user name: admin and password: password. it told me the credentials were invalid. I dont know how to get it working. Figured I would get the windows one then the mac connection would work.

Hello Melv
I would try to factory reset the unit again make sure to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds also if those logins do not work try 192.168.0.1
