Netgear CM400 Modem multiple amber and red flashing lights, unable to connect to wifi
I'm unable to connect to wifi with any device at the moment. They pick up the internet signal, but say that internet is not available at this time. Looking at the modem, the power light is blinking red, the upstream and downstream lights are both blinking amber, the ethernet light is blinking a white color, and the internet light is not lit at all. Not really sure what's going on? Can't find anything about these color light combinations with a google search or in the instructions. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Netgear CM400 Modem multiple amber and red flashing lights, unable to connect to wifi
please post the event log and power levels.
DS Light - If it is amber and blinking it means it is not synced to the ISP signal yet
US Light - If it is amber and blinking it means it is not synced to the ISP signal yet
INTERNET/GLOBE LED - this has to be SOLID GREEN for INTERNET TO WORK. if this never comes up, it means it never went ONLINE.
was it working before? what was changed?
