How to connect r6400 to netgear c3000 with built in wifi?

ADVANCED > Administration > Router Mode.

You have two options:

1. Use the C3000 as router and the R6400 as an Access Point.  Enable AP Mode on the R6400.
2. Use the C3000 as a modem and the R6400 as a router.  Disable router mode on the C3000.
